Description:
When selecting the option to sync Facebook friends in the Contacts application, the header "Welcome to Facebook" is truncated.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140804000204
2) Open Settings and set language to Bulgarian
3) Open Contacts and select the Gear icon.
4) Select "Sync Friends"

Actual:
The header "Welcome to Facebook" is truncated

Expected:
No Strings are truncated

This issue does NOT occur in 1.4.

The header, "Welcome to Facebook" does not exist in 1.4

There is no such string in the l10n. Per bug 1035926, this string is Facebook's own title.
