1048653 - V31.0 would not let any buttons or links operate, so I reinstalled V30 which is fine

Steps to reproduce:

Restarted PC
**** Cleaned it & cleaned registry as well.
Uninstalled V31.0 and reinstalled V31.0.
Again, all the non functionality remained.
Uninstalled V31.0 and reinstalled V30.0. which is still working without malfunction.

Could you test in safe mode with your current profile:

In addition, try with a clean profile:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles

Does it fix your issue?

thanks for taking the time to report a bug!

Could you please provide clear steps to reproduce the bug? Does it happens on all websites? Or just with some specific website? It'd be great if you could provide a URL where the problem is present for you.

When you speak about "buttons" not working you mean buttons in websites or buttons of the interface of Firefox (like the Bookmarks buttons, for instance, or the ones in the preference page)?
