"Translate article" feature will be affected in a good way.

What problems would this solve?

English version article and translated version article is not synchronized in vertical position. Very often english part of translated paragraph is out of screen and require to scroll up to see it and then scroll back to translated version paragraph to continue translation

Who would use this?
===================
Anyone who does translation of article on MDN

What would users see?
=====================
Vertical position of english article will be synchronized with translated version. English version of translated paragraph will be right on left side. So there is no need intensive scrolling.

What would users do? What would happen as a result?
===================================================
While doing translate of article user will look on left side(english version) and type translation into editor on right side with no extra moving cursor or using scroll on mouse.

Is there anything else we should know?

This picture shows that toolbars in ckeditor shift article down 180px. This makes english version of paragraph, sometimes to be out of screen while translated version is visible.

This picture shows that toolbars in ckeditor shift translated section of article down 180px. This makes english version of paragraph, sometimes to be out of screen while translated version is visible. Height of ckeditor tools panel depends on width of translated section.

Wrong picture. This picture can be deleted.

Found actually what case this problem. Average word length in russian language a bit longer then  in english. And depending on content and size of article, those changes are accumulated. After several paragraphs desync can reach 2-3 lines. 
Another important thing, i always keep open tab with MDN on half screen(just if have free minute i can do something), that is where average word length start to play significant role. Extra lines appears very soon, aspecially if they cross with code examples. U can see on screenshot that browser is opened in half screen.
