Details

Steps to reproduce:
 1) Use nightly Gecko+Gaia on Flame.
 2) Go to Settings
 3) Go to Device information
 4) Go to Your privacy

Actual results:
There are two sections: "Mozilla" and "Other". In the "Other" section, there is an item called "everything.me". There's no explanation of how exactly everything.me is relevant to the privacy of a Firefox OS user. Tapping the item takes you to a Web page that talks about a company called Doat Media and that they collect information when using their services, but there's still no explanation of what user actions on Firefox OS end up accessing the services of Doat Media.

Expected results:
Expected the privacy info UI to contain an explanation of what sort of things that the user can do with a Firefox OS phone result in data getting sent to Doat Media.
What is the UX point of view about that?

Flagging Peter. I recollect this coming up before, as part of the copy audit project. I think this bug may even be a dupe of one you sent me earlier, Peter. Does this ring a bell? Thanks!

This is actually different than the other one.
I agree that the Settings page for this lacks context. From a user perspective, the user has no idea what e.me is or why it is relevant.
If we're going to make a change here, we should probably rethink the UX to describe it better.
An interim solution might be to just rename this EverythingMe Search.
