Steps to reproduce: 1) Use Flame 2) Use nightly Gecko+Gaia 3) Use U.S. English as the UI language. 4) Look at the clock. 5) Look at the Date and time settings. Actual results: 12-hour clock with AM/PM is used. Dates are in the middle-endian U.S. format. There appears to be no UI for choosing 24-hour clock and ISO (YYYY-MM-DD) dates. Expected results: Since many people who have reasons to use U.S. English as the UI language aren't actually in the American cultural context, expected there to be a way to opt to use internationalized clock and date formats when using the (U.S.) English language.
This is implemented at least in 2.1 if I understood your report correctly.
