The Operator Services toolkit is missing on my Flame device. I expect the Operator Services menu to appear based on the SIM inserted.

This is tested on Flame running V123 + FFOS v1.3 (original T2M Package) and it's tested on Flame running V123 + FFOS v2.0 using shallow flash.

If I use the same SIM in an Alcatel OneTouch Fire E device running v1.3 the Operator Services menu will show up (see attachment).

Bruce - I see the same issue with my Flame. Do you know if something has broken in the build?

This is fixed in the next build that should be dropping soon.

Bruce: Are you saying it was a problem in the partner build? Or is it a Gecko/Gaia issue that we fixed? If it's the latter, we should close this a duplicate.

Francis,

I have partners doing testing on Flame and STK is very important in their region. They are running of user builds (b2g-nightly) since they are basically customers and not developers.

Can they expect the STK to come back after an OTA? If so, when would that happen? If not, do I need to reflash the complete phone? That latter would be an issue since the devices are not with me.

I'm not sure what V162-3 refers to...

T2M will release official KK v1.4 build to Moz by 8/15. if there's no issue, user will be able to FOTA and upgrade v1.3 to v1.4. Exact schedule depends on v1.4 build quality. but, yes, user can expect this update by FOTA.

To be sure, the 8/15 package will include STK with v1.4. Will I be able to shallow flash v2.0 on the device and retain the STK option in the menu?
