Please see the attached patch. I'm unsure what repo-mirrors.yaml does, whether the proposed patch is sane, or if a maintenance window is needed, etc.
The objective is to remove all references to scl1 from puppet, and there are numerous references to scl1 FQDNs in repo-mirrors.yaml.
