STR:
Open Camera app, and start recording video while walking around, making the screen to shake a bit.  Record for a minute

Expected:
Records smoothly
Actual:
The Preview screen 'freezes' briefly every 10 seconds or so, and then resumes recording.  This is shown when the recorded file is replayed.  This happens only with 319MB memory config, and does not reproduce with 512MB memory config

[Blocking Requested - why for this release]:
Smooth recording that lasts more than few seconds is not possible when the scene is changing constantly.  The recorded file shows stuttering/freezing periodically

Note: this does not happen with 480p mode.  The stuttering happens when it is set to its default 720p mode.

I don't see this issue anymore in 2.1, I'll close the issue.
