steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace.firefox.com/curate/manage/collections/apps-for-the-undead
2. Notice that there are more than 6 apps in 

expected behavior:
implementation matches requirements. Spec @ https://docs.google.com/a/mozilla.com/document/d/11uNTQ3J6-3viwSsfHQwYtCpas_Bq9-y0Gskaw7glNXQ/edit says max 6 app are allowed per app group.

actual behavior:
The 6 apps/ app group  is not imposed.

wontfix since it's an editorial tool. It will be kept as a guideline but not a hard-coded enforcement.
