steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/curate/create/collections
2. Add the name "doesn't match the mocks"
3. Notice that the same thing is prefilled in the slug
4. Add other required fields and click submit

expected behavior:
We strip the prefilled slug of any invalid characters
we show error messages are applicable to the field under question


actual behavior:
We don't sanitize prefilled slugs
The error message on form submissions says "App is invalid" which is not applicable here.
