steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/curate/create/collections 2. Add the app name 3. Notice that the same thing is prefilled in the slug 4. Click on "Create" in the header 5. Click on Collections and repeat step #2 expected behavior: slug name gets prefilled actual behavior: slug name doesn't get prefilled on step #5 reproducible? 100% screencast: http://screencast.com/t/KRk5vB8qlM
