Somewhere between 2014-07-25 and now, the builds broke. USE_EXTENSION_MANIFEST is no longer being exported in the Makefile. See bug 1049197 for more details. This only happens on fresh builds and make -C objdir-tb but not when calling make -C objdir-tb/calendar/lightning As a workaround we could get rid of this directive, but I have to check if other exported variables are affected too.

glandium suggests to get rid of the export, which this patch does.
