Prerequisites:
1) Flame device is set to 319mb
2) Download & install Youtube from Marketplace  

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140805000238
2) Go to the YouTube app
3) Tap a video 
4) Tap the plus sign 
5) Try signing in 


Actual:
user will not be able to sign in

Expected:
user will to sign in to the account
