For the upcoming Feed v1 launch, we need to add code to track events for Universal Analytics.
Needinfo to dbialer to start by informing what we should track.

1. Check out the events in https://docs.google.com/document/d/1sC2Bp65v3UW-mcsqPcIM23D7XxeOt_QB2CRbkZ-FDb4/edit?usp=sharing
2. For each event you replicate, you can verify it worked by typing ```require('tracking_events').track_log``` in the console and see if the tracking event was logged.
3. I'd also make sure app installs still work.
