1049304 - cell operator name isn't consistent in the UI

There are three locations where the cell operator name is shown that I know of:

1) Lock screen
2) Sim Manager
3) Call Settings

In my flame I have a US Domestic AT&T sim card in the 3G slot and my Lebara German sim card.  Lebara is a Telekom backed MVNO which roams with T-Mobile in the US it seems.

The confusion that I have is that the cell operator is shown with different names:

1) Lock screen says: SIM 1 AT&T SIM 2 T-Mobile (Roaming)
2) Sim Manager says: AT&T, T-Mobile
3) Call Settings says: AT&T, Lebara

This is really confusing to me because in each of the three places where a cell operator name is used, a different value is displayed.  The most clear thing I can think of in this case is to show:

1) lock screen: SIM 2 Lebara (Roaming)
2) Sim Manager: Lebara (Roaming with T-Mobile)
3) Call settings: Lebara (Roaming with T-Mobile)

This would be really confusing for me if I had a T-Mobile US sim card as well as my Lebara sim card.

Oh, also this is shown in Cellular & Data as "AT&T - 3.5G HSDPA" and "Lebara"
