Details

Steps to reproduce: 1) Run the first time experience in nightly Gecko+Gaia on Flame. 2) Proceed to the date and time screen. Actual results: The year setting offers years some decades into past and the users has to scroll past all those years to reach 2014. Expected results: Expected the year picking UI not to show years that were already in the past when the UI was last revised. That is, expected the UI not to offer years earlier than 2014. Additional info: Bug 867285 is the Settings app version of the same conceptual issue.
