Tested this morning, it is unable to join from the room tablet and on Vidyodesktop from my mac.
How do we correct this issue w/ Vidyo. Reboot portal? Do we know if they have a fix coming for this via portal software?
This will have to be resolved by either deleting and recreating the room or rebooting the portal.
Guillermo - I deleted and recreated the room. Still showing "Unable to join Conference room." This is the same behavior that was for user David Boswell. I re-call the only thing that fixed it was rebooting the portal.
Guillermo - Can we plan to reboot or upgrade the portal this weekend? This room is down until we do so.
Is the system able to join any other rooms?
Confirming it is able to join other rooms. Guillermo to reboot the portal this weekend until we get security approval to jump to Vidyo portal 3.1, which correct this issue. Soap or Ruben - please test on Monday!
