Description:
when the user enters the full site through the mobile app and changes the locale of the site to one that is supported by the app it will remain in full site mode. Closing the app and restarting it will launch the full website instead of the app version. The user will have to remove the app and reinstall it or set the full site locale to one not supported by the app for it to return to app mode.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140806000200
2) Download "The Weather Channel" app
3) Launch app
4) Choose the button of the bottom of the app to view the desktop site
5) Choose to change the language in the top right of the site
6) Change the language to English (United Kingdom)
7) Close the app and launch it again
8) Observe app launching to full desktop site

Actual:
User is brought to full desktop site when the app is launched

Expected:
It is expected that the user is brought to mobile app site when launched

Confirmed this issue.  

The app is using caching to remember the user's preference for subsequent launches.  However, there should be an option in place to return to the mobile version of the site once the user is in the desktop version of the weather.com site.

@Vishal - Could we add an option/button that would return the user to the mobile site (perhaps in the "Mobile apps/web" section of the desktop site)
