1049958 - Cursor over sign in widget suggests it is click-able

The cursor changes to a hand when hovering over the "Sign in with" in the header but it is not click-able (I think the traditional cursor here is the I cursor? But it is interactive even if it's not click-able, so maybe it's fine?

As it's an easy change, and a well-understood pattern, I suggest the mouseover event gets the default (arrow) cursor and the clickable items in the dropdown get the default clickable (index finger) cursor.

The icons still get cursor:pointer. This is not resolved.

Leave this until I decide what to do on Bug #1051877
