The user is able to install the app a second time, causing the homescreen to display the same multiple app

Prerequisites:
1) Flame device is set to 319mb
2) Download & install Tuenti from Marketplace  

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140806000200
2) Go to the Tuenti app
3) Tap download app for firefox > install 
4) Go to homescreen  

Actual:
able to install the app a second time

Expected:
should not be able to install the app a second time

This issue occurs in 2.1 Flame (319mb), 2.1 Buri, 2.0 Flame (512mb), 2.0 Buri, 1.4 Flame (319mb), 1.4 Buri, 1.3 Buri. Able to install the app a second time.
