User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/36.0.1985.125 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: Dear Support, My name is Alain Dominguez and I am Professional Services Manager at certEurope, franch issuing certificate authority. We deliver certificates to end-user so they can authentificate theirself or make digital signature. The problem is that our CAs are not trusted by default in Firefox, so it's not very user friendly for them to use their certificate in this browser. Actual results: The goal of my request is to add our certificates (the root CA certificate and the intermediate CA certificate) to the default trust CA. First of all, you can find here the information about our root CA : * CA Certificate : https://www.certeurope.fr/reference/certeurope_root_ca_3.cer * CA CRL : https://www.certeurope.fr/reference/root3.crl * CA Certificate Policy : https://www.certeurope.fr/reference/pc-root3.pdf Then you'll find here the information about our intermediate CA : * CA Certificate : https://www.certeurope.fr/reference/certeurope_advanced_v4.cer * CA CRL : https://www.certeurope.fr/reference/certeurope_v4.crl * CA Certificate Policy : https://www.certeurope.fr/reference/pc_certeurope_v4_2E_v1.3.pdf Our CAs are audited every year by french auditor called LSTI, missioned by French government. You can find all information there : http://lsti-certification.fr/images/liste_entreprise/Liste%20PSCe (search for CERTEUROPE). This list is kept uptodate every year. Expected results: If you need any complementary data, feel free to contact us. The persons in charge of this case in our society will be : * Alain Dominguez (myself) : Professional Services Manager adominguez@certeurope.fr T : +33 (0)1 49 70 29 22 F : +33 (0)1 45 26 72 01 26, rue du Faubourg Poissonnière 75010 Paris - France * Professional Services Team : services@certeurope.fr Thanks in advance for your help on this case Best Regards Alain Dominguez

The Summary should reflect the names of the roots. I have updated it accordingly. NOTE WELL: Only root certificates are added to the NSS database. It is required that customers of certification authorities install any necessary intermediate certificates in their servers along with their subscriber certificates.
Summary: Applying for root inclusion in Mozilla products → Applying for inclusion of Certeurope Root CA 3 and Certeurope Advanced CA V4 in NSS
