the picture clearly shows, the firefox icon has moved out of the reach and even if i swipe anyways, it doesn't come back

Steps to reproduce:
I replaced the gallery icon with the video icon in the shortcut bar at the bottom of the tablet
Actual results:
the whole quick launch icon bar got unaligned. every time i try this , the very first icon of the list moves out of the context and does not come back to normal until the restart
Expected results:
at should have just replaced the icon while maintaining its alignment
i have attached a pic of it to justify my point. as you can see in the picture, the firefox icon has moved out of the reach and even if i swipe anyways, it doesn't come back
