build: mozilla 0.9.5 sparc/solaris 2.8 from ftp site This one is not always reproducable but I've seen it more than once! Netscape's Time Zone Converter sidebar uses some comboboxes to select cities. Sometimes the dropdown selection boxes are displayed far below the actual combobox or even not at all. I don't know how to reliably reproduce this.
I see this on the same timezone TAB, with Solaris build 20011012. This looks a lot like bug#67661, which is a bit like bug#64902. I think that is is only possibly to repeat this the first time you go the the tab in a mozilla session. Going to another tab, and back seems to fix the problem.
well, whatever it is, this is html content. -> HTML Form Controls.

Bug still exists in 0.9.6.
Worksforme. Build: 2002011103 OS: Win2K
I still see this in the sidebar on Solaris 20020115 the first time you go to the sidebar, but not subsequent times. Also, it does not happen if you go to the URL itself - just when used as a sidebar.
ince this bug was reported, a newer version of Mozilla (1.0 RC1) has been released. Reporter, please can you check to see whether this bug is still present in a recent build (Moz1-RC1 or a new nightly build). If this bug does not occur please can you resolve the bugreport?
Confirming problem with build 2002041818.
I also still see this on Solaris Nightly 20020420. *The first time* you go to the sidebar makes it happen for me, not subsequently, which may be preventing some people from reproducing this? I'd like to confirm this bug, but I'm not sure if I'd be allowed to.
Confirming. I see this with Sparc Solaris nightly 2002051322. Steps to confirm: 1. Goto http://international.netscape.com/international/timezone.tmpl and click "Add tab to Netscape 6" (http://international.netscape.com/international/timezonesidebar.html works for me in the browser window). 2. Click on the "Time Zone Converter" tab in the sidebar. 3. Click on Select by City, Country dropdown.

Oops, this definitely looks like a duplicate of bug 67661. I get the exact same behavior from the UK Ebay sidebar tab mentioned there that I get from the Time Zone Converter. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 67661 ***
