Let's change "You cannot remove your only account." to "Sorry, you must have at least one connected account so you can log in. To remove this account connect a different one first. To delete your MDN account please _file a bug_"
The big question is what the URL behind the "file a bug" link is. There is https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/form.mdn but I'm not sure if that may confuse users more than help. On the signup page we have a horribly long URL https://github.com/mozilla/kuma/blob/ccdd385a839d1d822bc3f4fbf95ce78657361409/kuma/users/templates/socialaccount/signup.html#L45

Leaving that to the Bugzilla experts to figure out.

Improved the error message when trying to remove the only account connection.

Also allow the error_list thing to render error messages optionally safe to be able to add links. Fix bug #1050432.
