Details

STR:

1) In a new profile, log into some site that'll trigger the "remember the password" doorhanger. Example, Facebook.
2) When the doorhanger comes up, tell the doorhanger to never ask about this site again.
3) Open the in-content preferences, and go to Security, and click "Exceptions" under Passwords.
4) Try to remove your site from the list.

ER: The site should get removed from the list when you select it and click "Remove"

AR: Nothing happens
I can still reproduce this on a current Nightly build.
