Description:
The user is brought to a page that shows the user agreement, but the user cannot return to the game unless they force close the app and then reopen it


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140807000201
2) Download and install Poppit app from Marketplace
3) Open Poppit app> Tap to Play> Tap on Menu
4) Select "End User License Agreement"


Actual:
User is brought to end user agreement homepage and cannot return to the Poppit app without force closing and reopening


Expected:
The user has a way to navigate back to the Poppit app without having to force close and reopen it
