If you use the "Restart with add-ons disabled" option in the "Help" menu, do you still see the same problem?

the problem does not seem to occur if firefox has been started in safe-mode.

What about if you manually disable your add-ons in normal mode, or (instead) if you temporarily switch off hardware acceleration (there's an option under "Advanced" in the Firefox options)?
I expect it's either the add-ons or hardware acceleration - not sure which yet. :-)

I de-installed the Comatibility Report add-on --> the problem disappeared.
I re-installed the Compatibility-Reporter add-on --> still no problem.
Sorry, but I cannot reproduce the problem now.
Additional remark:
the "Informationen zur Fehlerbehebung" looks different now: before it did not contain any text, only the description of the rows (first column). Now there is plenty of data.

Is it possible that it will have marked some add-on as compatible, and then when you reinstalled it, not marked it back to compatible, so that some other add-on is still disabled now when it wasn't before?

Not to my knowledge. I will keep an eye on this in the future.
