When Mozilla automagically imported my only user profile from Netscape 4.7x, it
seems not to have created the place where proxy prefs are stored.

Symptoms:
Can't save changes in Edit/Preferences/Advanced/Proxies
(always goes all blank after clicking OK)
Hence, network operations always fail: all addresses resolve to 127.0.0.1

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install Mozilla clean, but with a Netscape 4 installation existing

Actual Results:  All network accesses result in the message
"Connection was refused when attempting to connect to host xxx"

This is because the proxy preferences have null settings which can not be changed.

Expected Results:  Either migrate the prefs correctly
or
don't silently fail when editing them.

Workaround is to create a user profile from scratch and use that.
Simple, but not obvious in relation to the problem.

I am unable to reproduce this - using nightly of Mozilla 0.9.8.  Can you try 
again?
