Details

The big-Brother System generates a page with content and a meta-refresh to make 
the browser refresh its observing options on a regular basis. each of these 
meta-Refresh actions creates a new entry in History. also the whole browser
(other windows too) struggle while the meta-Refresh is done.

Wilfried, what build are you using?  This should be fixed in current builds.
Wilfried: Like Boris mentioned, you may wish to try a more recent build:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/mozilla-win32-talkback.zip
(as always, be sure to delete your old Mozilla directory before installing the
new one)
