User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:31.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/31.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20140715214327 Steps to reproduce: Was using "collaborate" feature while creating a thimble page and collectively working with a friend. Actual results: The scrolling was not synced (at times?) I would be typing on the top of the code, and my partner on the bottom. I have no way of seeing what he's up to. Expected results: It would have been better if I could see him.
together.js was written in a way that allows people to work on different parts of a page, not necessarily with both cursors in the same view. You should see their name pointing up, or down, if they work off screen with respect to where you are editing. Forcing people to stay on the same screen is not in scope for Together.js as far as I'm aware, and would limit collaborative sessions greatly.
