Steps to reproduce:

OS Version: 1.4.0.0-prerelease
Firmware revision : flatfish_20140120-1529
Platform version: 29.0a1
Build ID: 20140120153642

In landscape mode I was trying to use backspace however key printed was 'j'.

Also observed keypad does not appear properly sometimes when rotating tablet to landscape mode and vice versa.


Actual results:

'j' printed when pressing backspace key in landscape mode.


Expected results:

backspace should behave as backspace.

From what I understood, version 1.4.0.0 (preinstalled version on Flafish) will not be supported. So it's no use reporting but on it.
I would suggest to flash your device to version 2.1.0.0-prerelease, on which tests are now done.

I think this bug should be closed as WONTFIX if it can not be reproduced on FxOS 2.x, because v1.4 won't be supported for Flatfish device

Changing the resolution to WORKSFORME, as this issue does not seem to occur on recent builds
