prefs -> appearance -> colors If I select a color in a color picker using the keyboard, and then press enter (select focused color) or escape (cancel selecting color), I end up activating the OK/Cancel button in the prefs dialog in addition to what I wanted to do.

Also, if I use the arrow keys to navigate the tree and press enter on an expandable item, it will toggle and similarly close the window. Windows 98 2002040203 build.
