10519 - In the Forwarded inline case 8bit chars are incorrectly converted in the attachement

Steps to reproduce:
-go to the above url;
-send it through "Send page.." to yourself in 4.6 and to your 5.0 account;
-get it in 4.6 and 5.0;
(at this point both clients 4.6 and 5.0 are displaying the Send Inline page
correctly);
-now take your message in 4.6 and Forward it as an Inline attachement to 5.0
//note: 5.0 displaying 8bit chars in the body as garbage
(Inline Display was fixed in bug #8890)

So is this a viewing problem? The attachment was sent by 4.6 and cannot be seen
in 5.0, can the same forwarded message be seen in 4.6?

it looks like it got fixed in between the builds, because i can not reproduce it
in todays's 1999-08-02-08 build.
