Details

1. Open any arrow panel
2. Minimize the window.

Expected: the panel should disappear.
Actual: the panel does its hiding transition but briefly flickers fully open when the transition is complete.

Seems to be Mac specific.
Hmmm. Now I don't see the flickering. Instead the panel disappears once the minimizing effect finishes, without any animation. Regardless, this isn't a high priority.
