Confirming issue with Oct 30th build. The right border of "company" column is
not painted properly after reloading page. Need a reduced test case.

Load the test and look to see how the IBM image is displayed. It should be
painted properly inside the table cell. Now,press the reload button. The image
shifts right a few pixels and partially paints on the right side of cell border.
