As per bug 1047521, once we have a server with webmaker-auth setup that staging and production can use, we'll need to configure the CDN to point at these servers.

This is mostly working on staging. Just need to debug the cookie not being set issue.

Okay, after resolving those two bugs and ensuring that CloudFront connected to Heroku via SSL we having working authentication, creation, and domain-wide cookies. Hooray!

Now configuring prod to mirror staging
Done for prod.
