1052065 - User is presented with incompatible version of addon

This is a regression (I filed this bug maybe 5 years ago and it was fixed back then).

Steps to reproduce:
- I uploaded a new version of FireFTP (2.0.20) https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/fireftp/
- It's a compatibility update for Firefox 32.
- It does not work for Firefox 31.
- I uploaded it ahead of time so that it can get reviewed in time.

Problem:
In the time between when Firefox 32 is released and the 'latest' version of the addon is on the addons.mozilla.org - users of Firefox 31 will be confused and unable to install FireFTP.

Solution:
User should be presented with a version compatible with their version of Firefox.
