From what I'm seeing, that site is sending a single certificate issued by a certificate with common name "Microsoft IT SSL SHA2", which is not in our root program. It looks like the the server is misconfigured.

It seems like misconfiguration, the server is not sending the intermediate certificate.

I got this error. User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:31.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/31.0
I'm running behind proxy(webSense), IE & chrome can be able to open. Even I am not getting add exception button. I have attached Screen shot.

Ravi, that's an unrelated issue. What you need to do is import the websense root certificate into Firefox (Preferences -> Advanced -> Certificates -> View Certificates -> Authorities -> Import).

That seems strongly related to Bug 1054719. I will bring it up with my contacts.
