Hi Jane and Spencer,

We need to have demo videos made in bn-BD.  

This is for Dolphin, not the same as Tarako.  Also, in terms of voice talent, Mika will not be able to help as the accent (spoken) will be different.

Tasks:
- need to script for demo videos
- localization of the video script (can any PM help out?)
- identify voice talent
- recording and video taping
- Mixing 
- Review and Signoff

On voice talent, I've asked Brian and Gen if they can locate a Bangladesh Community member to help.  I spoke with Rainer and he says in the event there is no one around locally here, they can do a remote recording for the voice-over.

We can ask Mak who has been localizing content for masterfirefoxos.com content (1.1 version).  We just need to be very specific on audio setup to ensure basic sound quality.

Bur fist thing first - finalizing English content.

Hi Mak,

got confirmation that this script is good for the Dolphin release.  Could you give this priority over Marketplace?  There is a lot of production related work post your localization work, so let's get this done ASAP.

Make sure the localization work is truly finalized. It will be very time consuming to revise when we are in video production phase.

Bruce and Marvin, the audio script needs to be finalized by Monday morning California time.  There are lot of steps involved to get the videos made.

We translate within the above doc or we save as into another file, translate and paste the link here?

Mak, 

I found that when you try to paste it from another document, you can ONLY do it cell by cell. You can NOT do it with the right column all at once.  It messes up the formatting.  

As long as you know which version you downloaded, I am fine. You read the language.  Before the content is final (done by Bruce and Marvin), you can work in parallel, as long as you remember what you have updated and what is from 1.1.  You need to run through the document before it is submitted for site building.

Read the instruction before starting. Make sure the script is reviewed and approved before we start recording.  It will be harder to make content change then.

I have secured the video voice talent - Nazia Mehnaz - to come in to the MV office tomorrow (Sept. 5).  Her preferred time is 11:00.  Rainer/Spencer, hope this time is OK?

However - I'm trying to track down the translated video script for her to read (as well send it to her ahead of time today).  If we don't have this yet then there's no point in proceeding with her recording tomorrow and I will postpone to next week.
