[Performance] Transfer about 300 photos via Bluetooth make it's very hard to pull down the utility tray

Well, this may be an edge case since the number of photos. However, the UI becomes very clumsy, so I still report it.
STR:
1. Select 300 photos from Gallery
2. Transfer them via Bluetooth
3. After a while (about 20mins), try to pull down the Utility Tray to check the progress of transferring
Expect:
I can pull down the tray smoothly as normal.
Actual:
It's hard to pull down the tray. See video:

The video is smoother than what I've encountered (I've pulled it down once).
