In line 157 of the CVS version of bugzilla there is:
<A HREF=\"http://www.mozilla.org/>mozilla.org\"</A>'s
instead of:
<A HREF=\"http://www.mozilla.org/\">mozilla.org</A>'s
It will make the link http://www.mozilla.org/>mozilla.org instead of just
http://www.mozilla.org/
