During a Loop call, video and audio is not present. 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140812000205
2) Push the Loop application to the device
3) Make a call using Loop to a listed contact
4) Listed contact accepts the call and the call timer begins

Actual:
Users can NOT see or hear each other

Expected:
Users can see and hear each other

We've waited up to 8 minutes without seeing or hearing the recipient. Today we were able to successfully see video when calling via Contacts, but still no audio.

8 minutes in too match, maybe you have to wait 10-15 seconds. Did you try with only audio? Also we have a bug for the audio volume that is very low.

Based on comment 4 I am not sure if this bug still occurs with video or only with audio, if it's only with audio, maybe it could be a duplicated of bug 1046088?

In any case, it would be good to know which connectivity type are you using for this test: WiFi or Cellular and whether devices are on the same network or different ones.

When I wrote the bug, the issue occurred using firefox accounts with both phones on the same wi-fi network.
