steps to reproduce:
1. Make sure you have installed twitter using your test account on one of your devices
2. Log in using that account
3. Load https://marketplace-feed-dev.allizom.org/ with region set to RoW
4. Notice the labels of apps in one of the listing collections

expected behavior:
Labels only indicate if apps are "Free" or "Paid"


actual behavior:
Labels change from "free" to "install" if the user has installed the app previously.
