steps to reproduce:
1. With your region set to Guatemala, load https://marketplace-feed-dev.allizom.org/

actual behavior:
Homepage is stuck with the loading spinner due to TypeError: invalid 'in' operand e include.js:426
It's in apps.js "use_compat_cache && COMPAT_REASONS in product"
Had to reindex. The feed item became detached with the featured app in ES somehow. If we get an STR, that'd be great. But for now, it's good.

A feed item with the featured app "openwapp" was the offender. The feed item was somehow deserialized without its featured app. I deleted the feed item on -dev. Keep on the lookout if it happens again.
