This is eerily similar to bug 1052876, but for the developer pages. This because the UI is different and also the audience is different. But for all intensive purposes its the same sort of thing, get people to set up their Firefox Account.

The UI is the same, its all in a popup. But the sign in link is different, so we've just go to ensure that sign in goes to the same place.
