On the header sign in widget:

When hovered over the list items get a light blue background, this extends out of the white drop down menu on the last item because of the rounded corners.
Doesn't happen anymore.

I was in error resolving this -- it was so faint I couldn't see it.  I see it now and this PR should fix it:  https://github.com/mozilla/kuma/pull/2679
