Steps to reproduce:

There is no Nepali (ne-IN) language support for Firefox browser. Nepali is one of the constitutionally recognized Indian languages. Localization team at C-DAC, Pune is working on  localizing Mozilla Firefox in Indian languages including Nepali.I would like to contribute to Mozilla Firefox for Nepali language.
