Details
If we start using transparency for the title/tabbar, that means the current hover/active styling (fade-out grey from bottom to top) might not work very well anymore. We should check this and redesign that hover state if/as necessary.

This seems more like a UX bug because it's not clear yet what design we would want to take.

This is dependent on 1052466, which is in turn dependent on bug 1053176, but it may indeed need to be a UX bug. Probably won't know until we untangle those dependencies a little.

Yes that needs a spec (and as far as I can tell it isn't covered in any of the mocks yet).
So we can either morph this into a UX bug or create a new one for it.

I think we just ended up removing the semitransparency on the titlebar again, even before Photon.
