I've built a version of this for contributor data here: 
https://github.com/adamlofting/mofo_system_configurations/blob/contributors/modules/roles/files/metrics/mofo-integration/etl/sql/contributor_create_userids.sql

We can use the same process for other wrap_ups we want to build in the future.
