When you have an HTML page loaded in Mozilla and you browse to an XML page, the
title doesn't reset, as it does for untitled HTML documents.

BTW, doesn't seem to matter whether that XML page is local or served.

Perhaps a specific fix for XML should not have gone in? There are a truckload
other cases where the window title isn't updated, HTML without a <title>,
images, text... see bug 105842

A higher level fix might be in order so this code isn't duplicated everywhere.
